Registration deadline is the 1st  of April 2024.

To participate to EDEG 2024 meeting, you must fill out the registration form; you will receive a confirmation e-mail, if not please contact the Local Organizing Committee at info@edeg24.it.

*(Cost includes 3 night accommodation - Saturday 20/4/2024-, Sunday 21/4/2024, Monday 22/4/2024) in a Double use room, breakfast and all 5 meals offered during the 58th EDEG Meeting but doesn't include access to the Meeting’s area

Registration fee is inclusive of:

 
  • Admission to the EDEG 2024 conference premises, conference hall and breakout sessions (~3 days)
  • Conference material & Certificate of Attendance
  • Attendance at the organized Coffee breaks during the Scientific Program
  • Welcome Reception/Dinner on Saturday the 20th April 2024
  • All meals are covered (3 breakfasts, 2 lunches, and all dinners) throughout the EDEG 2024 conference
  • 3 nights stay in a Single Room accommodation on 20th, 21st, 22nd, of April 
  • Social events

 

If you are planning to stay extra nights either in case of early arrival or late departure, you can contact Intercontact srl at amministrazione@intercontact.it to book any additional nights (we will book the room for you, but you will have to pay the amount yourself during check-in at the conference hotel).

Note: booking of extra nights is subject to availability (actual price will be similar and communicated with you at the time of your request).

Cancellation Policy


Participants that want to cancel their registration must sent a written Notification of Cancellation to info@edeg24.it
Cancellations sent until the 1st of March 2024, the total amount of deposit will be refunded, minus a cancellation fee of € 50.
Unfortunately, refunds are not possible for Cancellation Notifications that will be received after the 1st of March 2024.

 

Name Changes of Registration


Should any participant be unable to attend, the Registration may be transferred to another colleague without any additional charge. We would appreciate if you could inform the us at info@edeg24.it in such case ideally at least two weeks prior the EDEG 2024 conference.
